This summary explains the privacy principles KOMERRA is designed around. Formal policy review is required before production launch.

What we collect

Account, business profile, customer, order, inventory, document, usage, and integration data required to provide the service. We do not collect data we do not need to run your business.

How we use it

To organize business operations, create the documents and reports you request, secure accounts, support customers, and improve product reliability. Never to market to your customers, and never for sale to third parties.

Tenant isolation

Business records are scoped to the authorized business and role, and enforced separate at the database level with row-level security. Cross-business access is structurally prevented.

AI and your messages

Messages sent to the AI assistant are scanned and redacted before processing, and the assistant never changes records without your confirmation. Money math is computed by code, not guessed by a model.

Payments

KOMERRA never sees or stores card numbers. Credit top-ups run through licensed payment providers and are verified server-side before credits are added.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, subject to legal, security, and accounting obligations. Contact us and a human will action it.
